CILT Membership Application Process

Complete the attached two page Membership Application Form. Download form here

Attach all relevant documents mentioned in the application form; these include Copies of Educational Qualifications / Certificates, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Record and Plan, Detailed Curriculum Vitae (both hard & soft copies): download CV template below as a guide, Employers’ Reference Letter and Organizational Chart.

Those who are currently occupying senior management position in their own start-up company/organization must furnish the Secretariat with their current company’s background information including job nature, company size, number of employees, sales volume if applicable, website address etc.

Seek for three Institute members should recommend application for Chartered Fellowship, two members if applying for Chartered Membership and one if applying for Membership to endorse your application form and submit same to the CILT National Office located at No. 3L, National Science Museum Complex Chalets, Education Close, Accra.
