Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the events@ciltgh.org. Fees will be refunded (less 25% administration charge) for cancellations received before seven (7) working days of the Event. After this, no refund can be made.
Notice of change of package must be communicated in writing five (5) working days before the scheduled Event. Failure to do so will also attract additional 25% of participation fee.
